Section 675
Employer To Bear Liability
(1) Any person, firm, company or
organization who employs a domestic helper, other worker or
employee in a work shall be liable for the loss or damage to another
person, if any, resulted from any act done in good faith by such a
helper, worker or employee in the course of doing such a work.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1),
the worker or employee shall be personally liable for any act which
he or she has done negligently or dishonestly.
